This Privacy Policy describes how Idan Cohen (“we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Sky Strike (the "Game") on iOS and Android.

By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information to play Sky Strike. The information we collect falls into the following categories.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Game, certain information is collected automatically, including:

Device information — device model, operating system version, language, region, and screen resolution.
Identifiers — a device advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) and an app-instance identifier used for analytics.
Gameplay and usage data — levels reached, scores, session length, in-game actions, and feature usage.
Approximate location — a coarse, country-level location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Diagnostic data — crash logs and performance data used to fix bugs and improve stability.

Purchase information

If you buy in-app items (such as gems, coins, or the ad-free upgrade), the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation of the purchase and a transaction identifier, but we never receive or store your payment card details.

Information you provide

If you contact us for support, we collect the information you choose to share (such as your email address and the content of your message) solely to respond to you.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
Save your progress and game settings;
Process and validate in-app purchases;
Display advertisements, including personalized advertising where permitted;
Understand how players use the Game through analytics;
Diagnose technical problems and improve performance;
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
Respond to your support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

Sky Strike uses trusted third-party services that may collect or process information as described in their own privacy policies. These include:

Apple App Store / Google Play — purchase processing and app distribution.
Google AdMob — advertising. policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase — analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Apple Game Center / Google Play Games — leaderboards and rankings (if enabled).

4. Advertising and Your Choices

The Game may display advertising provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use your advertising identifier and other data to show ads that are more relevant to you.

You can control personalized advertising:

iOS — On supported devices, the Game asks for your permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android — You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings > Privacy > Ads.

Purchasing the ad-free upgrade removes advertising from the Game.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

With the third-party service providers listed in Section 3, to perform the functions described;
To comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests;
To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others;
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change.

Some sharing with advertising and analytics partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA). See Section 8 for your rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for longer to improve the Game.

7. Children's Privacy

Sky Strike is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your information.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country, including in countries that may have different data protection laws. By using the Game, you consent to such transfers, which are carried out with appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated within the Game or on this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
